Today was a short period, so we just did a few short "would you rather" questions, and talked briefly about the late policy (more on that tomorrow) and then started working on a Multiple Intelligences survey.

We discussed basic class expectations, and went over the syllabus a bit. We also discussed in class what we do and do not like in classes, and what has been successful for us in the past academically.
September 6, 2019
We finally got our syllabus, and we signed up for actively learn, turnitin.com, and remind (optional) - all codes are in the notes section.

Today we completed a note taking guide on the time period from the Roman Empire up to the Renaissance. The note taking guide will not be collected for credit, but it rather, is for students to organize their thoughts.

Today we learned about the enlightenment thinkers, and worked in groups to break down the basics of a single thinker and make a poster. We will be giving presentations on them on Thursday.
